We recently had the privilege of a visit from Mark DeYmaz  (click to visit Mark's blog where he talks about his visit to Christchurch) of the Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas (click to visit their website).

Mark's visit was a confirmation and an affirmation of what we are trying to do here at Mosaic.  It challenges us and encourages us.  In terms of trying to understand who we are and what we are about this statement of Mark describes his home church and we want it to be descriptive of us in time:

      Mosaic is a multi-ethnic and economically diverse church established by men and women seeking
              to know God and to make Him known through the pursuit of unity in accordance with
                            the prayer of Jesus Christ (John 17:20-23)
                            and the pattern of the New Testament church. (Acts 11:19-26; 13:1ff., etc.).
